Important
These terms summarize current platform behavior and customer responsibilities. Items marked as requiring confirmation should be reviewed by Seketna Way business and legal teams before being treated as final policy.
01
General terms
- These terms apply to the Skeitna Way customer website, passenger booking experience, fixed-route trips, private ride requests, wallet features, tickets, promotions, and related services.
- By creating an account, searching for trips, booking a ticket, requesting a ride, applying a promotion, or using the website, you agree to follow these terms.
- You must use Skeitna Way for lawful travel and booking purposes only and must not submit false, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized information.
02
Booking conditions
- Before confirming a booking, you are responsible for checking the route, travel date, departure time, pickup point, drop-off point, passenger count, price, and selected seats.
- Trip availability, prices, routes, pickup points, drop-off points, and schedules are shown from Skeitna Way systems and may change before booking is completed.
- A booking is not considered confirmed until the applicable booking and payment flow is completed and a confirmed ticket or booking confirmation is issued.
03
Passenger information
- You must provide accurate passenger and contact information so Skeitna Way can issue tickets and contact you about trip updates.
- The current booking form supports multiple passengers and links selected seats to passenger order.
- The current product states that children over the configured policy age require a full ticket. The exact age threshold requires business/legal confirmation.
04
Tickets and confirmation
- Tickets are generated from confirmed booking and seat assignment records.
- Existing legacy bookings may remain valid even if they do not include assigned seat labels.
- You may be asked to show your booking code, ticket, account information, or passenger details before boarding.
05
Pickup and departure
- You are responsible for arriving at your selected pickup point before the scheduled departure or pickup time.
- Pickup and drop-off choices are based on the route stops currently available for the selected route.
- If you miss the trip or do not board, the system may mark the booking as no-show after trip completion.
06
Seat reservations
- Seat availability is subject to availability at the time of selection and confirmation.
- Selected seats may be held temporarily while you complete booking or payment. A seat is only final after the booking is confirmed.
- Once a seat is confirmed, it becomes unavailable for overlapping bookings on the same trip segment.
07
Baggage policy
- Private ride vehicle options may display passenger and luggage capacity where configured.
- A full customer baggage allowance for fixed-route trips is not defined in the current product code and requires business/legal confirmation.
- Skeitna Way may refuse baggage that is unsafe, unlawful, oversized, disruptive, or unsuitable for the vehicle. A detailed prohibited-item list requires business/legal confirmation.
08
Cancellation, changes and refunds
- For customer booking cancellation currently implemented in the platform, cancellations more than 2 hours before departure receive a 100% wallet refund for eligible non-cash and non-corporate bookings.
- Cancellations 2 hours or less before departure currently receive a 50% wallet refund for eligible non-cash and non-corporate bookings.
- Cash, corporate, and B2B bookings currently cancel without an automated wallet refund in the customer cancellation function.
- Bookings that are already boarded, completed, cancelled, or marked no-show cannot be cancelled through the current customer cancellation flow.
- Refund processing time, refund method exceptions, and any manual support escalation rules require business/legal confirmation.
09
Payment terms
- The current customer booking flow supports card, wallet, and cash payment options where available for the selected booking.
- Card checkout is processed through the current payment integration and a ticket is issued after payment confirmation is completed.
- Wallet and cash bookings may be confirmed through the booking flow when those methods are available.
- Private ride checkout uses a generated quote and card payment flow where configured.
- Failed, expired, or unverified payments may prevent ticket issuance or leave a booking unconfirmed.
10
Promo codes and offers
- Promo codes and offers may be limited by route, trip, expiration date, remaining usage, or other eligibility rules.
- The platform validates promo codes before applying a discount and may reject invalid, expired, ineligible, or fully used promotions.
- Promotions may apply to one-way or round-trip bookings depending on their configured route and offer rules.
- Promotion stacking and campaign-specific limits require business/legal confirmation unless they are shown directly in the booking flow.
11
Delays and operational changes
- Routes, vehicles, pickup points, departure times, drivers, and trip status may change because of operational, traffic, safety, weather, vehicle, or service conditions.
- If Skeitna Way cancels a trip operationally, the platform has existing operational cancellation and wallet-refund mechanisms for eligible non-cash bookings.
- The exact customer notification timing and compensation policy for operational changes requires business/legal confirmation.
12
Passenger responsibilities
- Passengers must follow reasonable safety, conduct, pickup, boarding, and vehicle-use instructions from Skeitna Way staff, drivers, or authorized representatives.
- Passengers must not harass others, damage vehicles, disrupt service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip unless applicable law states otherwise.
13
Platform and website use
- You must keep your account credentials secure and must not allow unauthorized use of your account.
- You must not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or misuse the website, booking flow, payment flow, or account features.
- Skeitna Way may restrict accounts or bookings that appear fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, inactive, or in violation of these terms.
14
Limitation of liability
- Skeitna Way works to provide reliable transportation services, but service may be affected by traffic, weather, maintenance, safety decisions, third-party providers, or operational disruptions.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skeitna Way is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses resulting from use of the service.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. This section requires final legal review.
15
Governing law
- These terms are intended to apply to Skeitna Way services operated in Egypt.
- The governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution process, and official legal entity details require business/legal confirmation.
16
Contact and support
- Customers should contact Skeitna Way support for booking questions, payment issues, trip changes, cancellation help, refund questions, or lost-item support.
- Official support channels, response times, escalation rules, and office contact information require business confirmation before publication.
Business and legal review
Some operating details, such as baggage allowance, prohibited-item lists, exact support channels, and full liability language, are not fully defined in the current codebase. Those points are intentionally written as confirmation-needed policy notes instead of invented rules.
